Merseyside Debut match live screening on 21 October 2023, Saturday
Singapore, 9 October 2023 – On 21 October, StarHub will be hosting a live screening of the inaugural clash between Merseyside rivals Liverpool and Everton as part of the 2023/24 Premier League season at Capitol Singapore, Outdoor Plaza. The Merseyside Derby is set to electrify the night as Liverpool looks to hold onto their top four placement, while Everton tries to clinch precious points to rise the mid-table at this crucial juncture of the season. Be ready to be transported to the front rows of Anfield itself and experience the atmosphere with a full range of fun activities for both football fans and non-fans throughout from 6.30PM, while the headlining match will air live at 7.30PM.
Aligned with StarHub’s promise of “Football for All”, this event will be open to all in Singapore and will be the brand’s first community live screening in the heart of town, in one of country’s most historic locations. As part of the festivities, the event will also play host to a plethora of fun activities for both football fans and non-fans alike, including stage games with prizes to be won, a spray tattoo booth, a photo wall, claw machines, party snacks, and free Carlsberg 0.0 and 5-hour ENERGY® drinks for all visitors. There will also be an OPPO experience booth to try out the full range of OPPO’s latest devices. The event will be hosted by leading sports presenter Ross Sarpani. Entry to the live screening event will be free to all, with seating available on a first-come-first-serve basis.
